It gives guests an honest look at the facilities and they can get a general 'feel' for the B&B. I have stayed in many B&Bs but I have never before seen and heard the hosts welcoming us to their home. This is a new and innovative approach to advertising. We have already had some lovely, positive comments from friends and neighbours who saw the video before its final version.
